Postgraduate Studies
Hi everyone, today's post is about a postgraduate course that I like to taking in the future. So far i didn't consider the idea of having a posgraduate study, but, thinking about it i would like to take Maxillofacial Surgery or Periodontics, which are specialities of Dentistry. I would like to study something related to the clinic practice, not the theory, maybe take this courses in the University of Chile, but I would like to go study in other country, learn other techniques and ways to perform the same job but more, efficiently?. If I take a postgraduate course, i would take it full time, only studying and concentrating all my effort in that, not working and studying, maybe save some money to do it. Anyways, the first thing to take a postgraduate course is finish the graduate course. After that, you have to work in general dentistry some years, to earn some experience from the fieldwork, learn to treat the pacient in the right way, all the procedures to have a good performance in your place of work.
I think the most important thing of have a postgraduate study is the money, there is some scholarships to pay the university fee, but, I'm thinking to save some money to take a postgraduate course, I guess is the most comfortable way for me to do it.
